Admissions inquiries must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.

ALTIS International School does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through advertising forms or social media lead forms.

In the inquiry stage, we only request limited child-related information, such as grade level or age group, where necessary to respond to the family’s educational inquiry.

More detailed student information may be requested only later, if the family decides to proceed with the official admissions or enrollment process, and such processing will be governed by separate admissions or enrollment documentation.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7. Communication and Follow-Up

By submitting an inquiry form or contacting us, you ask ALTIS International School to respond to your request.

We may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, or another communication channel you provided, only for admissions-related purposes.

Admissions inquiry data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

As a general rule, inquiry data may be retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful communication, unless:

  • you proceed with enrollment;
  • you request deletion earlier and deletion is legally possible;
  • a longer retention period is required by law;
  • the data is necessary to defend or establish legal claims.

If a family proceeds with official enrollment, relevant personal data may become part of the admissions or student record and may be retained according to applicable educational, contractual, accounting, administrative, and legal requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting an inquiry.

Please do not submit personal data about another person unless you are authorized to do so, such as when you are the parent or legal guardian of a child.

16. No Automatic Enrollment Decision

Admissions decisions, where applicable, are handled separately according to ALTIS International School’s admissions procedures and requirements.
